We had a major influx, starting a couple of days ago down here on Wyman =
Road, south of Yarmouth.

=20

I did hear a veery singing in town, in the alder swamp near the =
laundromat west of Pleasant Street, about halfway between King and =
Starrs Road.

=20

Its like they dropped from the sky overnight and began singing this =
morning.

I noticed a significant increase in spring birds in my woods and stream =
area today.

=20

New for this year and vocalizing:

=20

Least Flycatcher-1

Red-eyed Vireo-1

Yellow Warbler-1

Common Yellowthroat-2

American Redstart-1

=20

Rose-breasted Grosbeak, males increased from 1 bird to 3

Ovenbirds vocalizing increased from 2 to 4=20

=20

Still missing my Veerys and RT Humminbirds

=20

Half a km down the road yesterday there were 2 FOY Barn Swallows on the =
telephone lines. Encouraging because last season there was only a single =
Barn Swallow in that area for the last few weeks of summer. =20
