After noting the discussion thread re: Broad-winged Hawk, I also found one =
on or about Oct 22 at Rainbow Haven. It looks like an immature to me but I=
am not 100% sure of the ID. Posted some pictures in my gallery at the lin=
k below.

Also, the three Hudsonian Godwits were still feeding voraciously on Oct 29 =
beside the Salt Marsh Trail in Cole Harbour. They were located between the=
first and second bridges on the north side at low tide. They were in comp=
any with 10 to 20 Dunlins and several Black-bellied Plovers. A couple of G=
reater Yellowlegs were also hanging around. Some Red Knots were also repor=
ted to me by another photographer but I did not see them myself.

It has been awhile since I updated my gallery with my =E2=80=9Cfinds=E2=80=
=9D due to being extra busy since early spring. For the benefit of those wh=
o may never get to visit Hawaii, I added a few Hawaiian birds I found duri=
ng a visit in April. I could not spend much time to do serious birding as =
time ashore was severely limited (was on a cruise) and one of our four days=
got totally monsooned. If there is a next time, we will fly direct and st=
ay in hotels and rent a car!

Here=E2=80=99s the link to my pictures:

Any corrections to my ID=E2=80=99s is appreciated!
