We=92re still cruising

Some notables since the last update
White-eyed Vireo =96 Mark & Sandra Dennis, Chebogue Point, Yarmouth, 4 year=
s in a row after 6 misses
Eastern Towhee =96 Another one we get every winter but worth noting. Found =
by Jake Walker on Nov 28, Larry Neily got it on our WBL
Eastern Bluebird =96 Paul Gould, Yarmouth. 2nd year in a row after 2 misses=
. Quite a year for this species in Yarmouth.
Great Horned Owl =96 A breeding species but I have to mention Alix d=92Entr=
emont=92s find in Yarmouth. If for no other reason than they would be my ne=
mesis if it wasn=92t for the even more troubling Cackling Goose, which I do=
n=92t think I would find if one landed on me.
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker =96 Alix d=92Entremont, Yarmouth. 7 years in a row

I=92ve learned that the Dickcissel in Pictou has been coming to Peggy=92s S=
canlan=92s feeder every day for several weeks now and she just had a Summer=
 Tanager visit as well=97nice feeder birds!

There may be a short delay before the spreadsheet gets uploaded but for mor=
e info or to view, download the WBL spreadsheet, visit our Winter Birds pag=
e under Library at http://nsbirdsociety.ca/
