Hi Paul & All,
     In former times, when I had time to tie flies and fish, I found a=20
wet fly which looked ugly and made by winding a Grouse feather (from the=20
back I think) around a hook and tying it off (no tail & no ornaments)=20
worked great for trout in shallows of lakes with wave action.
