Thursday, January 25, 2018 - John Paterson - Nova Scotia Nature Trust =
Properties and the birdlife within them!

John Paterson grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, later moving to =
Namibia to work with the country=92s Ministry of Environment and Tourism =
where he became warden of Skeleton Coast Park managing a very large =
tract of desert coastline. His passion is seabirds, having extensive =
experience with Birdlife International Global Seabird Programme managing =
the Albatross Task Force in Namibia before moving to Nova Scotia in =
2014. The Nova Scotia Nature Trust is indeed fortunate to have John as =
their Land Stewardship Coordinator. This evening=92s talk will highlight =
the significant land acquisitions the the NS Nature Trust has here in =
the province, their significance for bird habitat and how we can help =
with much needed stewardship. Join us this Thursday at 7:30PM in the =
Lower Auditorium of the Nova Scotia Museum of Natural History, 1747 =
Summer Street, Halifax.

Our talks are open to the general public, there is no fee and we will =
have refreshments after the talk.
