This morning two adult Red-breasted Nuthaches were feeding suet to a
single young, on our clothesline. It was interesting to watch the
young one shiver between feedings. However last Monday (June 25) they
were feeding two young.
Also this morning two adult White-breasted Nuthatches were feeding
sunflower seeds to a single young, This is the first time we have
seen young of this species.
