Another unseen bird at the far edge of a field containing horses. Heard yesterday while leaving New Germany going N along Trunk 10. Stopped and managed the two far off recordings below. In one you can hear the end flourish but the end is obscured by grackle chatter in the other. My first thought  at the time was Meadowlark but it is more likely something else- but what? I feel like I know this song/call from somewhere.
