I find the federal government=92s site the easiest to use
Here is the link for Scot=92s Bay (you can pick another location in the dro=

Subject: [NatureNS] Dates of Spring tides Minas Basin
Dear All,
In decades past I have collected good dulse off Mill Creek Road (west o=
f Cape Blomidon) and may wish sometime to visit the dulse grounds to see if=
they have recovered to 'normal'.
I suspect the good spring tide is past for this year but am getting now=
here with online info; just confusing graphs. The old printed tide tables s=
omehow highlighted the summer spring tides so one could readily find them.
To collect dulse on these beds one needs a maximum tidal range during t=
he growing season; after new growth is well underway and before it becomes =
overgrazed.
Can anyone tell me how to zoom in on spring tide dates in tide tables =
on the internet or are starting from dates of new and full moon the slickes=
t approach with these online tables ?
