We will be looking for nesting raptors (they like to get an early = start!), lingering winter visitors, and maybe some early arrivals. Our rout= e will go from Grand Pr=E9, to Canning (with a stop there for lunch), endin= g at Miners Marsh in Kentville. If you have never been to Miners Marsh this= will be a good time to learn where it is! Cape Split Hike I Sunday, May 12 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Make a trip to Cape Split with Patrick Kelly (patrick.kelly@dal.ca<mailto:p= atrick.kelly@dal.ca> 472-2322) and possibly other leaders. There will be in= terpretive stops along the way. Spring wildflowers and birds should be abun= dant. This walk requires good footwear and people are reminded to stay away= from the edge of the cliff. You should bring water with you and a lunch as= we usually do not get to the end of the trail until lunch time. Meet at th= e Wolfville waterfront at 8:15 a.m. or at the start of the trail in Scott= =92s Bay at 9:00 a.m. No rain date for this trip.
