Hi All,

The return of rain, wind, and cool temperatures resulted in little nocturnal
migration this week. Similar to one night in the previous week, the only
notable migration occurred on the night of 11-12 May when strong winds blew
out of the northwest at about 35 km/hr for most of the night. This would
have pushed birds in northeastern Maine and southwest New Brunswick across
the mouth of the Bay of Fundy to Beaver River. The most common species for
the week was White-throated Sparrow. There was a smattering of mid-May
warblers; Ovenbird, Blackburnian Warbler, Common Yellowthroat,
Black-throated Green Warbler, Black-and-white Warbler, and Northern Parula.
