I'm neutral about the picture adding change, but I REALLY approve of the
upgrade to the app. I don't carry a data plan for my cell phone or
tablet, and it used to be very frustrating having to log in somewhere
where I had a wi-fi connection, to be able to use the app offline. Now I
can start a list, wherever I am - ebird offers me some strange locations
(BC locations when I'm here in NS, e.g.) but I can set the location when
I'm ready to send the list to ebird as Kevin noted.
