Good sightings, Devin. No Commas? Hope to see you on the trails.
Angus

Subject: [NatureNS] butterflies in Kentville

hi all - a few early season butterfly sightings to report from our recent w=
arm days.

Yesterday (April 26), I got photos of Cabbage Whites at two different locat=
ions close to home - a new personal "early date" for me for this species. =
Most years, we find Mustard Whites first. The last year I saw a Cabbage Wh=
ite first was in 2015 (on May 3 of that year).

I also got some lovely photos of an American Lady yesterday as well.

I observed another American Lady on Tuesday of last week (April 21), a new =
"earliest date" for me that species as well. Unfortunately, I wasnt able t=
o get a photo of that one.

Cheers,

Devin J.
Kentville, NS
