Hi Elizabeth,

I'm not sure what computer system or email program you're using but,
while highlighting the email in question in the index, there should be an
option under File to allow you to save to your documents folder. Give it
a descriptive name so you will be able to find it later such as "Aunt
Sue's letter" or "Work material".

Select 'File', 'Save As', select 'C:\', 'MyDocuments' and then supply a
name. Click Apply or OK when done.
