power outage effected Chebucto Plus?

Hi Mike,

    CCN's servers are separate from Dal's servers but we share a common 
building and power supply so when Dal power goes down (which seldom 
happens), certain areas of our service can be affected.  This one 
pertained more to the internet connection rather than our servers 
themselves which still functioned.  In the event of a complete power 
failure, then the entire service would go down for the duration.  For 
planned power disruptions, we have backup power staffed by volunteers.
