Hi Sheila,

I didn't realize that you only have the text service and not PLUS.
If you're using high speed for internet then it has absolutely nothing
to do with CCN. Aliant (Sympatico) is controlling your email sending
100% and they will have to answer your attachment questions as I
wouldn't have a clue as to why you can't send attachments via their
service. Call their tech support and explain your problem. They will
check your settings against what they need to have set.

Since you're using high speed, the SMTP settings would probably be
the Sympatico ones that were originally set up. We can't help here at
CCN because only your received email is being received by CCN and sent
to you via your high speed connection. When you send email, we don't
get it here, it goes directly to the internet via Aliant/Sympatico's
server.

Good luck and let us know how it works out.
