CBC email digest goes to junkmail but I see this message

Hi Michael,

    Mailscanner is a CCN service that scans emails for active links. 
When a link name is different than its URL, Mailscanner will print the 
warning within the email to let the user know that the URL may not be 
all it seems.  If the email is legitmate, then just ignore the 
Mailscanner warning.
