Hi Ambros,

    Is the person dialing in directly or connecting from another service? 
If coming in from another service, they need to use the SMTP domain rather 
than chebucto.ca, for example, if they're using Eastlink, they need to 
put mail.eastlink.ca in the SMTP section.
