Everyone,
Just finished Colin's piece on the Regal Goldfields/Jim Campbell Barrens Decision. I was with
Colin, along with Ray Plourde, Chris Miller and Dan Pust for the decision. While you may not be a
lawyer, Colin, you got every facet of the decision exactly right.
Colin is quite right about the possibility of Regal continuing to seek compensation, but I suggest
to all of you that we should be around, legally speaking, for the next round if it comes.
