RUSH NOTICE The Pesticide Bylaw Advisory Committee Reports will be presented to Halifax Regional Council on Tuesday, December 7, 1999. Council Sessions begin at 6 PM. City hall is located at 1841 Argyle St., at one end of the grand parade area. Enter the main doors, go straight up the stairs and turn left to the end of the hall for Council Chambers. Gallery seating is to the left and right. Don't forget, just before you go in, to get a sticker or borrow a button to wear on your lapel to show Council that you are supporting the Pesticide Bylaw. This (and standing to leave as a group after the presentation and discussion are over) is one of the few ways of letting Council know why you're there. Come to share in this hard-won recognition of the need for regulatory reform for urban pesticide use. Your attendance will let HRM Councillors know this issue is important to the community.
