Thanks, Max ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Maxine Westhead, Chair Coastal Zone 2000 Youth Forum ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Second Call for Papers You are invited to make a contribution to the Coastal Zone 2000 Youth Forum! Please send a written abstract if you are interested in presenting your graduate work, an essay, paper, poster, or project. We are also looking for creative submissions such as artwork, songs, poetry, and more. The Coastal Zone 2000 Youth Forum will be a relaxed, informal setting that will encourage discussion and feedback on your presentation. Accepted submissions will be presented at the Coastal Zone 2000 Youth Forum, which is hoped to attract 150 youth from around the globe. The youth submissions will also be published in the Coastal Zone Canada 2000 Conference proceedings as an addendum. Themes We are looking for presentations that revolve around the following themes: * Aboriginal Practices and Perspectives * Community-based Action * Coastal Health * Oceans Governance The underlying focus of the entire Youth Forum will be the concept of the Ecological Footprint, and personal accountability to our environment's health.
