Dear Sustainable Maritimes, Maple Creek Organic Farm and Ecoforestry in Scotch Village, near Windsor is offering a Nature and History EcoTour at 9:30am, Saturday, June 17 (the tidal bore is due at 11:15) which in the course of a good walk includes the fascinating stories of this place back 300 years, and a look into the ecology of this farm. We have garden, orchard, forest, pastures, cows, calves, honey bees, horses, wildflowers, a solar kiln and a tidal bore. After our tour a meal can be arranged, and the opportunity to participate in the projects of the day. We offer this day in the country often. There is a small charge.
