On March 14 2001, Maude Barlow,with The Council of Canadians, and Tony Clarke, Director of the Polaris Institute will be in Halifax to launch their new book- "Global Showdown". They will also address the question, "Who is in charge of the global economy?" and discuss implications of corporate rule.
