Folks ... as most of you know, sust-mar takes work to operate and
maintain. I volunteer a few minutes of every day, virtually 365 days a
year, to maintain the list. I am happy to do that. But, something which
each of you can do to help me in that task, is to unsubscribe yourself
from the list if you are going away temporarily or permanently.

If you are leaving temporarily, and you ask me to unsubscribe you and then
subscribe you again when you return, that makes work for me. There are
over 300 of you and just one of me. So, i really appreciate it when people
unsubscribe and subscribe themselves.

If you leave your email account permanently, and just walk away from it
without unsubscribing, that creates even more work for me, because I get
error messages when your account fills up or disappears. I get these for
about a week, to make sure the problem isn't temporary. Finally, I have
to go in and manually remove you. More work.

You received instructions on unsubscribing and subscribing when you first
joined the list. Every second Sunday I post a reminder on how to do this
at the bottom of the sust-mar message. But if you forget all that, here's
another reminder how to do it.

Thanks ... i really appreciate your cooperation.
~paul :)
