I have no idea why HRM is having a car-free day April 25th and not on Earth 
Day, but at least they're having it. I hope everyone will try to do this, even 
if nothing is organized in your local municipality. 

And I hope it doens't snow, for those of us who like to bike but not on 
slippery roads!
