Rural Living Fair Sure to Inform and Delight!

Knowlesville, NB – Come celebrate Falls Brook Centre’s 10th Anniversary at
the annual Fair on September 7th and 8th.

This year’s Fair promises to be the most exciting yet, with a great line-up
of New Brunswick’s best musicians, solar energy workshops, local arts and
crafts, great food, games, tours of Falls Brook Centre, a magician, booths,
Guatemalan dancing and fashion show, and the annual auction on Sunday at
4:00 pm.

Some of the great musicians appearing at the Fair will include: East Coast
Music Award nominee Isaac and Blewett; Juno and ECMA entertainer Vetch;
captivating singer-songwriter Debbie Adshade; and local blues masters Flat
Top (formerly known as Stubby Fingers). In addition, Falls Brook Centre is
pleased to showcase many local musicians, ranging from a young trumpet
player to a yodeller.

A special concert on the Friday night before the Fair will feature ECMA
Blues Group of the Year nominees, Hot Toddy. The concert starts at 8:00 pm.
Entrance is by advance tickets only. Tickets cost $10 and can be reserved
through Falls Brook Centre. There are a limited number, so reserve yours as
soon as possible.

Don’t forget the new contests, including a potato carving contest (bring
your potato already carved!), pie contests (apple, berry, most decorative,
and smallest), and the vegetable most closely resembling a celebrity
contest! Entries will be accepted from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on Saturday,
September 7.

The Fair will open on Saturday at 10:00 am and at 12:00 pm on Sunday. The
Fair closes at 5:00 pm both days. Admission for people ages 12 and up is
$5.

Come on out and celebrate 10 years of rural living.
