Have you ever considered riding your bike across Canada or doing long
local rides? Do you have experience doing bike touring?

Long-distance bike tripping can take a lot of preparation. Come learn the
ropes, get ready for spring, or help beginners get their bearings.

You are welcome to participate in a free, public talk about planning for a
long-distance bicycle trip. There will be speakers on hand to talk about
issues such as:

-training -gear
-time/distance expectations -clothing
-time of year -food
-route -accomodations
-maps -safety

Monday, December 2nd at 7:00 p.m. in Room 224 of the Dalhousie Student
Union Building, 6136 University Avenue.

Please come on out and share your own experiences, find out some answers
to your questions, or just chat with other bicycle lovers. See you there!

For more information, please call 423-9813 or e-mail ba485@chebucto.ns.ca
