The proposal can be viewed on the = HRM website at www.region.halifax.ns.ca by following the appropriate = links. Expressions of opinion for and against the concept will be = received. The concept is supported by many local residents, but a counter = campaign has also been mounted and a significant number of abutting = residents have registered their opposition.
