The Atlantic Council for International Cooperation (ACIC) Presents:

***Strategic Planning Workshop ***

 Come learn the basics of strategic planning.

After taking this one-day course, you will know:

*	What a strategic plan is and why they are useful
*	Who to involve in developing one - how to identify stakeholders
*	What to look for in a facilitator
*	How long it takes to develop a strategic plan
*	The components of a good strategic plan
*	How to develop a process for putting together a strong strategic plan

Our workshop facilitator, Darren C Brown was born, raised and resides in
Jeddore on Nova Scotia's Eastern Shore. He has worked in the field of
community development and international development education for over
fifteen years. He is a partner in a small, successful consulting team called
"Logical Minds".

When: Friday, April 11th, 2003  from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
	Lunch will be included in the registration fee.

Cost: Free for one representative from each ACIC member organization.
