SALSA is a group of law students at Dal working to address issues of social justice, inequality, poverty, and environmentalism through the Canadian legal system. One of our goals is to advance the view that the law can be used as a tool by activists - but we can't do that without spreading the word and meeting some folks. And what better way to do that than to have a party? And SALSA isn't just another run-of-the-mill activist club. Coincidentally, our name is also the name of a tangy tomato treat and some spicy rhythms, both of which are essential for any SALSA party. Mark your calendars and meet us at the Grad House (6154 University) on Wednesday, October 29 at 7pm. We put the Social in SALSA.
