Dear HRM:

I want to go on the record as a taxpayer in support of the moratorium.

We should think first about creating more medium density housing in the
city centre and other areas where services already exist.  Like it or
not, our taxes have to pay for sprawling growth as Martin Willison
pointed out at the last public meeting.

Just look at Main Street in Dartmouth, Cole Harbour,Forest Hills and the
affect of urban sprawl that happened too quickly (looks like there was
no plan, it just grew at will).
