Thanks! ____________________________________________________________________________ Remember those nifty "join sust-mar cards" we used to scatter around places where environmentalists lurk? Many of you read sust-mar everyday b/c you found out about us from one of those cards. The cards are printed on recycled stock. On the back is a message from Mike Nickerson of the Sustainability Project. The only problem with the cards is that a few years ago WE RAN OUT! Some time ago i asked if anyone would be interested in taking this on. Several of you responded. Then i dropped the ball and the project never took off. But, i have a chance to redeem myself: Mike Nickerson just emailed me to say he is making up new batches of cards. So, we could have ~1000 new "join sust-mar" cards printed up for distribution. Here's what we need: 1. one person to receive delivery of the cards and coordinate their distribution in smaller batches to folks who will seed them around 2. one or more people to DONATE a (combined) total of $70 to sust-mar. That should cover printing and postage. I think you even get a tax receipt from one of the foundations that the Sustainability Project works with.
