http://www.chebucto.ns.ca/~tom_d/sperry/img/post.jpg
Richard Hurlburt, Minister of Natural Resources, has not responded to Mr
Morash's June 27 letter re the removal of the three fence posts on Crown land.

Thursday July 14
Mr Morash's staff sent reminder letter to Mr Hurlburt, copied to us

Thursday July 21
We sent email to Mr Morash suggesting that he speak to Mr Hurlburt in
person or on the phone to get action.
"No matter what the ownership outcome, posts below the high water mark are
not legal. We're also very concerned that the removal be supervised to
ensure that all the fence staples are accounted for, and not left on the
ground to avoid foot injuries, tire punctures etc"

	Gate / Padlock

person or on the phone to get action.
