About Us
The Bedford-Sackville Learning Network (BSLN) has offered community based literacy programs for adults in one on one tutoring and classroom instruction since 1994. We have helped hundreds of adults in that time.
Some adults find their level of education prevents them from getting a good job and wish to work towards their G.E.D. or High School Diploma for Adults. Others may want to write a letter to their grandchild or read a novel for the first time.
Some adults have gone on to receive their G.E.D. diploma, others have entered college and technical schools, and others have used their abilities to help their children do homework. For whatever reason, most have rediscovered their self esteem.
The Bedford-Sackville Learning Network is a non-profit organization that is governed by a volunteer board of directors. We are part of the Nova Scotia School for Adult Learning.
