The below list of Webb photos is drawn from the holdings of the Glenbow Archives and the Provincial Archives of Alberta. Photo numbers beginning with an "N" are at the Glenbow Archives; all the others are at the Provincial Archives of Alberta.

In some cases, these are group photos. I have only listed the Webbs in the photo. Please note that I am NOT researching any of these individuals, and so I am unable to do look-ups or provide any additional information on the persons listed below.

Ernest Brown Portraits

Ernest Brown was a photographer, active in Edmonton between about 1904 and 1920 (he later worked briefly in Vegreville). He also purchased the negative collections of other early photographers, including that of C. W. Mathers (active 1895-1904).

The Provincial Archives of Alberta holds many thousand portrait negatives from Brown's studio. Unfortunately, they are only identified by the sitter's surname -- there is no date or given name listed for the images. All of the images listed below are for Webb individuals, but no more detailed identification is available.
