And there is still at least one Killdeer hanging in at Point Pleasant park.  It was tending around the small amount of open water in a ditch beside the path just past Black Rock Beach.  Several times dogs scared it up and I spoke to several dog-walkers on this trail since they are not supposed to be there (with their dogs) in mid-afternoon.
