Cape Breton Naturalists go to Zambia

The Cape Breton Naturalists meeting will go ahead tonight as planned.
Yes there is wind in the forecast, so please be careful on the roads.

I will explain why radio stations in Zambia rarely if ever have weather
forecasts, and if they do why no one listens. This indecision about
whether to postpone an event or not is our cross to bear.

Hope to see you tonight.
