Hi Everyone:=0A=0AI went to Falmouth, after I received a text from Liz Doul=
l, who told me that she spotted the bean goose reported by Eric Mills the d=
ay before. =A0I also received a telephone call from "Mike" husband of Rita,=
who also told me about the bean goose.=0A=0AI arrived there around 2:30 an=
d looked at it. I have never seen a bean goose and wanted to put it on my l=
ist. =A0However, I thought that bird has pink legs, not orange. =A0 I took =
some pictures and then waited for the light to come out from the clouds. =
=A0 I asked Liz "do you think that is a pink-footed goose and it is not the=
bean goose that Eric reported?" She, along with Mike, pulled out the books=
, looked at the illustrations and became just as confused as I was. =A0It h=
ad all the markings of a pink-footed goose. I took more pictures. =A0Adding=
to the confusion is that one of the books stated that it was possible to h=
ave variation in the colour from bland pink to orange. =A0=0A=0AI said to m=
yself-I'll take a variety of picture-send them to my birding experts, the M=
urrants, along with whoever want to take a look. =A0The Murrants have confi=
rmed that it is a Pink-footed goose. =A0I have also sent the pictures to Er=
ic, who has also confirmed that it is a pink-footed goose (along with a bri=
ef consult with David Currie).=0A=0AThis means that not only is there a bea=
n goose but a pink-footed goose in that area. =A0Thanks to Liz for finding =
it. =A0Now folks, you all go there and find the Bean, the Pink-footed and t=
he Snow Goose in Falmouth (at Dyke Road, and College Road). =A0=0A=0AHere i=
s the link to my gallery. =A0The album is called Bean goose but I will chan=
ge it later to pink-footed goose.=0A=0Ahttp://gallery.me.com/tumayoung=0A=
