Quite plentiful in our cove where a brood was successfully raised last
year. They love Green crabs.

Typical place to see a mink in winter Angela
They are relatively common in NS but well scattered around
the shores. So not often seen.
There are quite a percentage descended from fur farm mink
so they are variable - even in size and color.
An interesting observation.
Enjoy the winter

On New Year's Eve I observed and photographed a Mink swimming out from the
rocks at the bottom of Norman's Lane off the Shore Road in Eastern
Passage. He was there the next day as well. Haven't looked for him since, but I
expect he would still be around.

Cheers,
