I saw a Female N Shoveler in a pond at the corner of Baker Dr & Norm New=
man Dr

at 15:00 this PM. Also a pair of Am Wigeon with a few Blacks and Mallards. =
There

is a small parking lot at that corner which is the entrance to Portland Lak=
es Trail.

At Bisset Lake this PM there were 300+ Canada Geese, 30+ Buffelhead, 3 R=
.B

Mergansers, many Scaup, both Gtr and Lsr, a few Ring Necked ducks. The ligh=
t was

fading so I could not get more accurate counts. I was scanning from the par=
k at the

north end of the lake. There were more water fowl at the south end. I will =
get a closer

look in a day or so.
