I like the idea of harvesting invasives. Getting rid of them completely =
is impractical, but enthusiastic harvesting seems to keep populations =
under control, frequently. =20

While biking with a friend last evening, we saw a grey squirrel on the =
walkway to a house. My first thought was that was some slinky cat in the =
yard, quickly followed by is that weasel then the realization it was a =
squirrel. Luckily while my brain was working overtime, I didn't peddle =
myself into the ditch. We watched it for a minute and I had my phone =
out to get a pic but it had scampered up into the leafy branches of a =
tree.

When I posted this on my fb page, friends commented that they saw one in =
town at the bottom of Underwood Drive, on Aylward Drive in Falmouth and =
at yet another residence in Falmouth. None of these are within squirrel =
distance of each other so I'm willing to say they are different =
squirrels.=20
