  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hi All</span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Yesterday I went for a paddle on the Lahave.<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">As I was putting the canoe in the water, a bed<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">of 8 - 10 Lady&#39;s Slippers caught my attention. <br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">They were lovely and reminded me it would be a good time<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">to visit Granite Falls!<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">When we were afloat a nice hatch of Little Olive Mayflies were<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">coming off. Not great numbers but enough to attract fly loving birds.<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Nighthawks - about 4 - were taking advantage of the food and made<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">some nice flights with the wind - almost on the water. First Nighthawks<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">for me this year.<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Swallows were plentiful. A few different models but all were swooping down and<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">some were taking flies right of the water. They were over the meadows to<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">the sides also. The wind kept the flies close to the ground.<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">A few 2 - 3 swifts flew over but fairly high and they knew where they were<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">going so didn&#39;t linger. Straight up river they went.<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Over all a pair of eagles, nose to tail circled overhead higher and higher<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">until it was hard to see them. <br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">When the canoe was back on the car some leaches ( 12&#160; - 15 )&#160; were<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">on the wet bottom of the canoe. Going to see the country I guess! Every<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">spring I see this but I&#39;m not sure of the reason.<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">A great day! Get out your canoe and enjoy<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">the spring!<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Paul<br/></span>
  </div>
  <div>
   <span style="font-size: 12pt;">&#160;</span>
  </div>
