AVERY ROOM

The Avery Room is the main meeting/conference space in the building. It is 36’ x 50’ and can accommodate 35 comfortably around a ‘horseshoe’ shape table, or up to 75 in a ‘theatre’ set-up. The standard AV equipment is available. Daily rental rate is $250. (as of Sept. 07)

LOCATION

The Fairbanks Centre is located in Shubie Park, not far from the Mic Mac Mall. Take the Waverley Rd north, just past Tim Horton’s, then turn left onto Locks Rd.
