Coastline Rock Fundraiser at the Marquee Club

If you're looking for the beach party of the summer, look no further than the
Marquee Club in Halifax on Aug. 2 where the award-winning Matt Mays & El
Torpedo will be headlining Coastline Rock, a fundraising concert for coastal
access.

Matt Mays & El Torpedo are recent winners of the Galaxy Rising Star Award at
this year's prestigious North by Northeast Music Festival in Toronto. Also
performing at the Coastline Rock concert will be local acts The Dale Murray
Band, The Hurtin' Unit and Adam Puddington.

The concert is hosted by the Surfriders Association of Nova Scotia (SANS). All
funds raised will go toward improving public access to the coast.

Tickets are $8 and the doors open at 10 p.m.

SANS is a not-for-profit, member-based organization that represents Nova
Scotia’s surfing community. Through its Coastal Access Committee, SANS works
with local community groups, landowners and municipalities to improve coastal
access for all Nova Scotians. For more information contact Justin Huston
