We also requested that:
as all three MLA's are Cabinet Ministers and sit on the Executive Council,
that they present a common Recommendation to the August 2004 Executive Council meeting
to create a public easement to Sperry's Beach by Order In Council.
This would solve the immediate short-term issue of public access
while longer-term solutions for the consolidation of the beach area are developed.
