I have identified several existing (uncommented...) script fragments that look as if they will work in the bulkmailer.
The 'first cut' of the mailer will use 'form based' message input and will not include provision for file attachment.
No specific 'authorized-to-send-bulkmail' policies have been established (to my knowledge). As a result, the first version will not include a mechanism for creating the send list. The (Ver. 0.01) mailer will expect to receive a pre-formatted list generated externally with system admin priv.
