The annual video, audio and computer scholarship program is designed to encourage works from artists new to the medium. Selections are made by a rotating jury. Decisions are based on the innovative approach to subject, story and/or medium, as well as the quality of the application and the applicant's ability to complete the project as planned and within budget. The Centre provides successful applicants with an honorarium, free access to mobile and post-production facilities, workshops, resource guidance, and a forum for premiering the completed works. Application is open to all.
