We have received offers of assistance to deal with Access issues from several law firms, here in Lunenburg County and in Halifax.
Advice that has been offered so far is that the documentation being collected on the "Statements by Citizens about Use of Sperry's Beach" forms can show continuous unobstructed use well in excess of the 25 years required to create an 'absolute and indefeasible right' under the Act.
