Triad Films - Profiles

Triad Film Productions Ltd., a Halifax-based television production company, was founded by Peter d'Entremont in 1980. Since that time many talented people have worked together on Triad productions and co-productions, have been profiled in some of our films, and have worked to make Triad a dynamic player in Atlantic Canada's film industry.

Working with a variety of partners Triad has produced a sheaf of acclaimed films. Recent productions include Waging Peace (2001), Nuliajuk: Mother of the Sea Beasts (2001), Hank & Jimmie: A Story of Country (2000), Military Wives (1999), Songs in Stone (1999), Acadian Spirit: The Legacy of Philippe d'Entremont (1998), The Illuminated Life of Maud Lewis (1998), Bronwen and Jaffa: Moving Towards Tolerance (1996) Place of the Boss: Utshimassits (1966), Flight: Searching For Scotland (1996), and The Battle of Mosher River (1995).
